In 1995 the company bought a 5storey apartment house with the total of 13 apartments in Prague 2 – Vinohrady and begun a complete reconstruction. The reconstruction was finished in 2016 and was successful. Apart from the reconstruction, we have also build a new apartment in the attic floor and also made a new facade. The apartment house is listed in the protected cultural heritage listings and provides the total of 14 apartments together with the commercial space on the ground level, which is currently in use by a nail saloon and a fashion store.
