In 1995 the company acquired 5storey apartment house with 13 apartments in Prague 3 – Žižkov and immediately begun a reconstruction taking into consideration, that the apartment house belongs to the protected cultural heritage listings. Even though the building is more than 100 years old, the reconstruction was successfully finished in 2013. Within the reconstruction we have restored previously uninhabited attic and made 2 very spacious apartments instead, increasing the number of apartments to the total of 15. Furthermore, we have an active rental agreement with a restaurant on the ground floor of the apartment building.
